Currently, we have PDF and DOC files published. All of these can be downloaded by all users but can only be viewed/printed by those who have Adobe Acrobat/Microsoft Word installed. DOWNLOADING: If clicking on the file name does not offer a SAVE option, click on the file name and select the "Save Target As" option. OPENING THE FILE FOR VIEWING OR PRINTING: The PDF files require the free "Adobe Reader" which can be downloaded for all operating systems from www.adobe.com. The DOC files require Microsoft (Office) Word or a compatible viewer software product.
